Therapy for Therapists

In our work as therapists, our own “stuff” gets activated when it overlaps with our client’s. Once we finish our clinical training, we no longer have a space to process transference and countertransference. Additionally, when we’re working with clients with trauma, we are holding a lot of pain for other people.

My Approach

Therapy for therapists allows space to talk about our own stuff, to process the pain we are holding, and generally create a safe place for taking care of our own mental health needs and prevent burnout.

You deserve space for yourself to let it all out. A space where you don’t have to be perfect, you get to make yourself the priority, and allow someone else to listen to you the way you hold space for and listen to your clients. Maintaining your own clear mind allows you to help your clients flourish.

Find your safe space.
